Pink Coconut strives to provide the best service in the tanning industry. Service includes not only the way clients are treated and the quality of products that are provided but also the atmosphere that is created.

A large selection of tanning products are offered; however, Pink Coconut does not carry just any tanning products. Before a product is offered for sale, it is carefully researched and analyzed to determine whether it meets high quality standards. In addition, Pink Coconut only sells products produced by industry leading manufacturers.

The atmosphere is of pinnacle importance to Pink Coconut. All Pink Coconut staff are trained to achieve a level of cleanliness unmatched in the industry. Each room is furnished with state of the art tanning equipment. In addition, all rooms are constructed with floor to ceiling walls, which ensures complete client privacy. The state of the art climate-control system is designed to ensure the client is comfortable during their entire visit.

The products offered and the salon atmosphere are only secondary to the care of the client. Each client is greeted in a friendly manner and treated with the utmost respect. Part of caring for our clients is educating them on smart tanning. By educating clients on smart tanning and teaching them about tanning products and addressing their concerns and questions, Pink Coconut can ensure that each client is satisfied.

Knowledge

Pink Coconut employees are the most knowledgeable in the industry. Each employee is not only educated on the products and services offered, but are required to go through a certification process to become a tanning consultant. To pass the tests of certification, an employee needs to be knowledgeable about the tanning process and all related information as well as all Pink Coconut policies and procedures. After certification, employees maintain their knowledge through continuing education and training.

Not only does it encourage employees to be leaders at work, but Pink Coconut also strives to be a leader in the tanning industry and in the communities in which it resides.
